9739f9a271 fixed issues in hex and unihex modes: 
- default to overtype mode
- fixed "cursor not found" bug at end of file
- simplified hex dump code
- display both glyph offset and byte offset in unihex mode

a454cbc152 moved get_basename, get_extension, and get_dirname to cutils.h/c 
added wrappers for get_basename_nc and get_basename_offset
added wrappers for get_extension_nc and get_extension_offset
added strip_extension
use these where appropriate
remove duplicate definitions in stand-alone utilities

04ebeb7606 better separation of function pointers and void* 
use CmdFunc typedef for generic command function pointers
no longer use \e for escape use \033 instead
use memcpy trick to prevent gcc warning on dlsym in -pedantic mode

58b5872c52 fixed OpenBSD compile issues: 
- check OpenBSD as uname output
- no longer use strcpy, strcat, sprintf
- added CONFIG_PTSNAME to disable Unix98 API under BSD
- fixed crash bug in tty.c on empty window

85d121989e fixed some more tty color issues. 
use tty.term_flags for emulation flags
