- remove redundant include files - no longer include qe.h in charset.c, libqhtml - add unicode_join.h for bidir definitions - move QASSERT, MAX_WORD_SIZE, MAX_FILENAME_SIZE from qe.h to util.h - move CompleteState and CompleteFunc to util.h - bump VERSION to 5.3.4z
