fixed 'remove bot menu' not showing up
...
rewritten posix makefile from the ground
reworked menu logic, so endpoint menu item will redraw menu once again, instead of closing it.

bot is not searching mod name in hardcoded list, so you can now use any gamedir for bot. So the CS beta 7.0 & 7.1 for steam is now supported.
